Roadmap
The order is deliberate: the product exists first, the token funds what comes next. No dates we can't keep — each stage ships to the public site when it's ready, where anyone can verify it works.
The three stages
Infrastructure (ongoing)
A system that watches sources around the clock, snapshots every call and pushes it all in real time has a real operating cost. The first thing profits buy is capacity: more monitored channels and accounts so fewer calls slip the net, more processing and delivery headroom so the board stays fast as traffic grows, and redundancy so live coverage doesn't blink.
Trading from the board
Closing the gap between seeing and acting: buying a called token directly from the board — with take-profit and stop-loss handling built in — instead of tab-hopping to an exchange while the candle runs. This is engineering, not research: the team has already built and operated live execution systems (order placement, exit management, balance-verified sells) on other chains.
Copy trading
The board already knows who calls early and what happened after every call. Copy trading is the logical end state: follow specific callers or wallets, set your own rules — position size, market-cap filters, take-profit, stop-loss — and let the system mirror the entries you would have chased manually. Performance-gated: you follow track records, not follower counts.
The intelligence toolkit
Every call on HOOD is stored with its exact entry and graded outcome — a dataset that compounds daily and cannot be reconstructed after the fact. These tools turn it into judgments:
HOOD Score
One canonical rating per caller — win rate, sample size, entry-cap discipline, discovery speed and rug rate compressed into a single number shown on every caller chip. The score callers compete for.
Live call signal
Every NEW call scored in real time against the graded history — the caller's record, the entry bracket, holder quality and buy-flow — into an on-board probability badge. Our version of "should I even look at this?"
Rug radar
An automatic holder sweep the moment a token gets its first call: clustered supply, day-old wallets, insider-style distribution — surfaced as warning badges before anyone apes.
Smart-money tracking
The on-chain wallets that keep showing up early in winners, tracked alongside the social callers — including the tell nobody else can see: wallets that buy before the call lands.
Accumulation alerts
Buy/sell flow history per token, watched for divergence — price flat while buyers quietly dominate, or pumps running on distribution. The chart tells you what happened; flow tells you what's coming.
Meta tracker
What share of today's calls are AI, animals, launchpads — measured from the call stream itself. The rotation, as data instead of vibes.

Strategy builder + backtests
Pick callers, set filters, backtest the strategy against our graded call history — then deploy it live as copy trading. Unfakeable results, because the ground truth is ours.
Alerts everywhere
Telegram bot and app push: a call on a watched token, a followed caller going live, a 2× crossing, a smart wallet buying. The board comes to you.
Portfolio & PnL
Positions opened from the board tracked live — entries, exits, realized and unrealized PnL, graded with the same honesty as the calls.
Public API
The graded dataset behind a key — calls, scores, outcomes — so builders can build on Robinhood-chain truth instead of scraping screenshots.

Reading the chain directly — blocks, swaps, holders — instead of third-party data layers. More precision, fewer limits, full independence.
New chains, same board
The pipeline is built to be pointed at the next new chain the week it launches. HOOD becomes the board of every new trench — $MONKEY rides all of them.
Claimed caller profiles
Callers verify and claim their public record — a badge worth defending, linked from their own bios. The leaderboard becomes the arena.
Native app
The installable web app comes first; a native app follows when push notifications and speed justify it.
How progress is reported
The same way everything else on HOOD works: publicly. Shipped features appear on the site, and the system's own statistics measure whether they work.
